Why work for us?

There's no place like home...

We offer our associates the unique opportunity to work from the comfort of their homes. As a TimeBridge associate, you'll have a flexible timetable and the chance to make as much money as you can, as earnings are directly proportional to how much you want to work.

Your work will also be incredibly diverse. No two days are alike in the world of a PA, and the tasks you'll perform are as diverse as our clients

Finally, we know you won't work with us forever, which is why the international network you'll build is probably greatest benefit of joining the TimeBridge family.

SUBMIT YOUR CV

To apply for a PA position with TimeBridge, please send your CV to jobs@time-bridge.com.

If you're selected to move on, you'll be required to complete a 30 minute phone interview, an English proficiency test, and other skills-based evaluations to assess your research, secretarial and administration skills. Your references will be checked (you are required to provide at least two) and your overall suitability for the role will be assessed.

Upon successfully completing all the steps of the interview process, you'll be offered a position as an Associate PA. This means you'll become a member of the TimeBridge team and you'll be part of our associate database. You'll be assigned your clients based on how their needs fit your skill set and availability. As you work with your clients, you'll chart your tasks and register your hours in your client's Daily Activity Report. You'll be paid at the end of the month based on the number of hours worked during the respective month.

We offer extensive training and comprehensive support (operational guidance, access to a pool of knowledge and around the clock IT support) and we'll make sure you'll succeed in your job.

Because, like you, we believe that time is more than money. It's life. And we want to give it the best shot we can.
