Your right to privacy is important to us and we are committed to safeguarding your personal

We are fully registered under the Data Protection Act 1998 (“the Act”) and ensure we comply 
with all protection the Act affords to you. 

2.	Information We Collect

We ask you to give us your name, email address, telephone number and other personal 
information, to enable us register you as our client, supply the required services to you
and communicate with you about your account, new products or services or new versions, general
correspondence regarding our services, correspondence which may relate to you, sweepstakes
and promotional offers. If you would rather not receive future marketing emails from us 
please inform us by email at privacy@time-bridge.com. 

We may occasionally request for further information as may be required by the nature of the
services ordered. 

The information you provide will be kept confidential and will be used only to support
your client relationship with us. 
 
3.	Third Parties

We do not rent or sell individual information to any third parties. 

We do not disclose individual information to any third parties except as described below:

        •  Where the service so requires: Some services, such as making reservations and bookings, 
        may entail sharing information with third parties. We will not disclose any information to 
        third parties unless expressly instructed by our clients and in such cases we will supply 
        only the information needed to perform the service. 
        
        •  Third party service providers: We may employ the services of suitably qualified and 
        experienced third party providers to perform certain aspects of services ordered. Such 
        third party service providers will be subject to confidentiality agreements which limit 
        their use and disclosure of all information they may obtain, in a manner that is 
        consistent with this policy.
        
        •  Legal requests: We will make any disclosures we are legally required or entitled to 
        make under any enactment, rule of law or by order of court.
        
        •  Website board post and other public areas: Any personal identifiable information 
        you choose to include in any message board post is disclosed voluntarily. If you chose 
        to email any of our articles to someone or email a reply to a message board post, your 
        email address will be revealed to whoever opens and reads the email and you will be 
        deemed to have voluntarily disclosed such information. 

4.	Security

Making sure you can buy safely online is a priority for us and we have made strenuous 
efforts to ensure that security is one of our highest priorities and we have devoted a 
great deal of effort to ensure that our online security measures help to safeguard your 
information. 

	•  We process all credit and debit card payments through a secure payment gateway, thereby 
ensuring your debit or credit card details are transmitted securely to our bankers.

	•  We do not access or store your credit or debit card details.

We use industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to allow for 
the encryption of:

	(a)	potentially sensitive information such as your name and address; and

	(b)	critically-sensitive information like your credit card number.

We are committed to preserving the confidentiality of communications between our clients 
and their personal assistants (PAs). There will be a portal which enables you to log onto 
your page and share documents with your PA. Your page is password protected for your privacy 
and is stored on our secure server. In as much as is possible, your PA will work directly 
on our server and will not download information into computers. 

We hope that once you understand the measures we take to help ensure secure transactions 
and privacy, and the steps you can take yourself, you will be as happy about the safety of 
your online transaction and order information as we are.

We have no desire to infringe your privacy while using our site and we will never provide 
your personal information to anyone else except if we sell our business in whole or in part.

4.	Cookies

We do not use cookies (defined below) for collecting user information from the site and we 
will not collect any information about you except that required for system administration 
of the Web server and otherwise as described above.
