Your information is stored on a dedicated server in Leeds. For any task you mark as "High Security"
your personal assistant will work directly
from the server so your information and documents can't be downloaded, moved, copied,
printed without your consent. Your personal assistant will have read-only access to these data.

How secure are my credit card details?

We don't even have access to your credit card number - it's stored by HSBC e-payment systems, a third party of the highest order.
When you pay for our services you enter your credit card data directly on the HSBC secure server.

How many languages can my personal assistant speak?

Currently, TimeBridge personal assistants speak English, French, German, Italian and Spanish - and the list is growing.

Do I get to choose my personal assistant?

Your PA will be assigned to you based on the preferences you select during the registration process. You can contact management at any point in time to discuss your specific requirements.

Will my personal assistant always be available?

When you open an account, you'll estimate the hours you'll require from your personal assistant, and we'll assign or recommend ones that best suit your schedule. From there, you and your personal assistant will work out schedules and response times.

Is there anything my personal assistant won't do?
|
|
|
|
Your personal assistant will not complete tasks regarded as immoral, indecent or illegal; tasks that are unreasonable demanding in terms of length, deadlines or requirements and tasks that are outside their level of competency or skill.
